المملكة: “Sadaya” ranked first among 15 government agencies in the results of the Digital Transformation Index

The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) won first place in the innovation track, outperforming 15 government agencies in the Technology, Transport and Media group within the results of the Digital Transformation Measurement Index 2024.
Sdaya was also awarded the National Enterprise Architecture Accreditation Certificate for the fourth maturity level, and was honored by the National Charitable Work Platform “Ihsan” among the nominated initiatives for the best initiative for digital inclusion.
This came at the beginning of the opening of the Digital Government Forum, which began today at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh, organized by the Digital Government Authority in conjunction with the Internet Governance Forum.

Digital services

Sadaya participated during the forum’s activities with a pavilion in which it highlighted the digital services it provides through the comprehensive national application “Tawakkalna”. The pavilion included a presentation of “Tawakkalna” services, which is considered one of the most prominent national achievements within the framework of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
It serves more than 33 million users through more than 350 various services, which contributes to enhancing integration between government agencies and helps in achieving easy access to their services and with high reliability.

Well deserved honors

During the forum, the Assistant Director of the National Information Center for the Tawakkalna System in Sdaya, Engineer Saleh bin Salem Musaybah, was honored as one of the candidates for the Best Digital Leader Award.
Sdaya’s participation in the forum comes as part of its continuous endeavor to cooperate with various government agencies with the aim of achieving integration with them, and highlighting national services whose impact is reflected in serving citizens and residents in the Kingdom, in addition to its interest in spreading awareness about data technologies and artificial intelligence, and supporting the national digital transformation.
