Italian Prime Minister: We are ready for dialogue with the new Syrian leadership

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said that Italy is ready for dialogue with the new Syrian leadership, as part of joint assessments and actions with European and international partners.

 

 

She added that Italy – the only country in the Group of Seven countries that has an open embassy in Damascus – is ready for dialogue with the new Syrian leadership, in the context of joint assessments and actions with European and international partners.
