المملكة: Friday weather: Dust raised over parts of Al-Sharqiyah and Riyadh

In its weather report on Friday, the National Center of Meteorology warned of dust raised over parts of the Eastern Province and Riyadh.
The phenomenon begins at 9 a.m. and continues until 3 p.m. on Friday.
The associated effects are active winds and low horizontal visibility (3-5) kilometers.
The alert includes Hafar Al-Batin from the eastern region.
While it includes from the Riyadh region: Al-Zulfi, Al-Ghat, Al-Majma’ah, Shaqraa, Afif, Al-Rain, Al-Quwayiyah, and Afif.

Noticeable weather changes

The Kingdom will witness noticeable weather changes in the coming days, with temperatures falling in the northern regions, and fog forming in some eastern and southwestern regions.
While the weather continues to be warm and stable on the western coasts.

Low temperatures

Aqeel Al-Aqeel, a weather analyst at the National Center of Meteorology, told Al-Youm: A drop in temperatures is expected, God willing, in the northern border areas, Tabuk, Hail, Al-Jawf, and the northern Medina region.

Cold weather

Temperatures range from 0 to 4 degrees Celsius from Saturday to Monday.
The weather will also be cold in the center and east of the Kingdom in the early morning hours, with the possibility of fog forming on the eastern coasts and southwestern highlands.

He added: The weather is stable on the coasts of the Mecca region and warm up to the coasts of Jazan, with chances of clouds on the highlands in the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and the highlands of Mecca.
He continued: Forecasts indicate the possibility of clouds on the western coast of the Kingdom, extending to the Medina area, and as we head east towards Qassim and Hail, with chances of some light and scattered rain during Friday and Saturday.
Earlier, Al-Youm monitored the most prominent weather phenomena and temperatures in the regions of the Kingdom, as the lowest temperature recorded today, Thursday, in the Kingdom, was in Al-Souda, Asir, with a temperature of 14 degrees Celsius.
