45,436 Palestinian martyrs and 108,038 injured since the start of the aggression on Gaza

Palestinian medical sources announced today, Friday, that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip had risen to 45,436 martyrs and 108,038 injuries since 7  October 2023… according to what was reported by the Palestinian Wafa Agency.

 

 

It said that the Israeli occupation committed 3 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip during The past 24 hours led to the death of 37 citizens and the injury of 98 others.

She explained that a number of martyrs are still under the rubble. And on the roads, ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.
