المملكة: Asir.. Thwarting the smuggling of 210 kilograms of the narcotic khat plant

Border Guard ground patrols in the Al-Raboua sector in the Asir region arrested (6) violators of the border security system of Ethiopian nationality, for smuggling (210) kilograms of the khat plant.
The initial legal procedures were completed against them, and they and the seized items were handed over to the competent authority.
Security regiment patrols in the Jazan region also arrested a resident of Sudanese nationality for selling (16,200) pills subject to medical circulation regulation in Al-Da’ir Governorate.

It called on the security authorities to report all available information to citizens and residents about any activities related to drug smuggling or drug promotion.
