Russian scientists invent a way to speed up Wi-Fi

Russian scientists, from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, have devised a new way to speed up the Wi-Fi network, which would make a big leap in the world of communications. To speed up the network, the scientists developed a way to improve the MIM function, or multiple inputs and outputs. Multiplexing in a Wi-Fi network, which allows multiple data streams to be sent and received simultaneously, using multiple antennas on both sides of the transmitter and receiver that improve connection performance, increasing the productivity and reliability of data transmission several times.
According to scientists, manufacturers of Wi-Fi equipment will be able to rely on faster exchange of service data to support MIMO.
