"Food safety" Launches its electronic application "Unified registration portal" To facilitate the registration of food establishments via smartphones

Dr. Tariq Al-Houbi, Chairman of the National Food Safety Authority, announced the Authority’s launch of its smart application “Unified Registration Portal,” which is an integrated electronic system aimed at facilitating the process of registering food establishments of all different types via smart phones.

 

Al-Hobi explained that in light of the digital transformation and automation of all procedures that the world is witnessing now, the National Food Safety Authority has taken the initiative  By launching its new electronic application, which is an important step to enhance and facilitate communication channels with food establishment owners with the aim of facilitating the registration of their establishments through their smart phones, thus reducing the time and effort to complete the registration process effectively and quickly.

 

Dr. Tariq Al-Houbi confirmed that this new electronic application is one of the Authority’s effective tools that is in line with the country’s strategy for digital transformation and automation of procedures.

 

Al-Houbi reviewed the features of the portal Unified registration, which includes administrative integration between various departments, as the portal currently includes 12 regulatory departments working together to ensure the organization and absorption of all registration requests, as well as multiple registration purposes, as the portal supports multiple registration purposes, such as registration on the white list, reconciliation of status and export, in addition to To save time by digitizing procedures, the time taken to complete the registration process is significantly reduced, in addition to ease of use.
