 The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration, and Egyptian Expatriate Affairs, Dr. Badr Abdel-Ati, affirmed Egypt’s full support for Somalia’s sovereignty, unity, independence, and territorial integrity within the framework of the principles of international law, and in a way that achieves security and stability for brotherly Somalia.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs conducted it, today, Sunday, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Ahmed Moalim Faki, to follow up on the visit of the Somali Foreign Minister to Cairo on December 23, 2024.. The Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed Egypt’s full support for the efforts of the Somali federal government to combat terrorism and restore peace in all parts of the country, in a way that contributes to enhancing the security and stability of the Horn of Africa and the Red Sea region.
