The Arab Shooting Federation announces the holding of 3 Arab championships during 2025

Kuwait, January 6, 2025: The Arab Shooting Federation announced the organization of three tournaments during April, May and September 2025, which are the Prince International Championship in Kuwait, the Arab Championship in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Arab Championship in Morocco.
Engineer Duaij Khalaf Al-Otaibi, President of the Kuwaiti and Arab Federations, and a member of the International Shooting Federation, confirmed in statements today to the Emirates News Agency, WAM, on the sidelines of the meetings and preparations for the upcoming tournaments, the continuation of cooperation with the UAE Shooting Federation, in all development programs, noting the federation’s continued support for developing the sport. Arab archery.
He pointed out that there are several programs to develop the sport of shooting, and to hold technical courses for referees and specialized ones to train young people, in a way that contributes to raising technical levels and reaching the best outcomes that are in the interest of improving capabilities in Arab countries.
He said that the sport of shooting has witnessed many achievements at the global level, and in the various Olympic Games, starting with the Olympic Games in Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, London 2012, and Brazil 2016, in addition to many other titles for Arab shooters in international tournaments.
Al-Otaibi announced that the Arab Shooting Federation, based in the State of Kuwait, enjoys the attention and support of the leadership of Kuwait, which directed the allocation of an international cup for Arab shooters to be held annually on the Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Olympic fields.
