"Palestinian Foreign Ministry" Condemns the crime of occupation in southeastern Tubas

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned the crime committed by the Israeli occupation forces in the town of Tammoun, southeast of Tubas, which led to the death of three citizens, including two children.

The Ministry indicated – in a statement today, Wednesday, according to the agency reported Palestinian News (Wafa) – indicated that this crime comes within the framework of the occupation’s continuing crimes, as happened when it stormed Balata camp using an ambulance and targeted civilian citizens, which confirms The falsity of his stories and his direct and intentional targeting of civilians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

The Ministry considered these crimes a practical implementation and clear reproduction of the violations committed by the Israeli government against citizens in the Gaza Strip, and in implementation of its aggressive policies in the West Bank, in flagrant violation of the law. International and Geneva Conventions, demanding urgent international action to stop the occupation’s plans and aggression, and to provide international protection for the Palestinian people before it is too late.

For his part, the Governor stressed The Palestinian town of Tubas, Dr. Ahmed Asaad, said on Wednesday that the Israeli occupation is committing a heinous crime in the town of Tammoun in the West Bank. He said – in an exclusive interview with the Cairo News Channel – “The Israeli occupation is launching a large-scale military operation sweeping several cities, including the town of Tammoun, with the aim of imposing Complete control over the areas of the West Bank. 

The governor of the town of Tubas called on the international community to live up to its responsibilities in order to protect the people and the Palestinian cause, Stressing the Palestinians’ adherence to their legitimate rights and their categorical rejection of any operations aimed at displacing them from their land.

In this context, the occupation forces stormed, today, several towns in occupied Jerusalem.

Wafa reported – on the authority of Local sources said that the occupation forces stormed the town of Hizma, northeast of Jerusalem, and raided a number of homes, in addition to the Wadi Al-Rababa and Suwaih neighborhoods in the town of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and searched vehicles. Citizens, erecting a checkpoint in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem, storming the town of Al-Ram to the north, and firing poison gas bombs at the citizens.

In Nablus, local sources said that the occupation forces closed the main entrance to the town of Huwwara near the Salman Al-Farisi roundabout with the iron gate. And three side roads with dirt berms and cement cubes, which hindered the movement of citizens.

The occupation forces also installed an iron gate at the entrances to the villages of Amatin, Hajjah, and Al-Funduq East. Qalqilya, which are villages whose entrances are directly connected to the main road “Qalqilya-Nablus”, caused an obstruction of citizens’ movement and a traffic crisis.

In Jerusalem, today, the Israeli occupation authorities forced a Jerusalemite to demolish his house in the Qalqilya neighborhood. Wadi Al-Rababa in the town of Silwan, south of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Wafa quoted citizen Shadi Samrin as saying, " The occupation municipality notified him of the demolition of his house under the pretext of “building without a permit,” which prompted him to self-demolish it, in order to avoid the exorbitant costs imposed by the municipality if its machinery carried out the demolition.

The occupation authorities force Palestinians in the occupied city of Jerusalem to demolish They rented their own homes under the pretext of not having a license, and whoever refuses this procedure, the occupation bulldozers demolish the house, and heavy costs are imposed on the owner.

And in Bethlehem, Today, an Israeli special unit kidnapped a young man from the Dheisheh camp, south of Bethlehem. Security sources told WAFA: An Israeli special unit belonging to the occupation forces arrested the citizen, Salah Muhammad Faraj, in his forties, while he was in the village of Artas, south of Bethlehem.

The occupation forces also arrested two citizens after they confronted settlers who attempted to steal livestock in the village of Bardala in the northern Jordan Valley. The official responsible for the Jordan Valley file in Tubas Governorate, Moataz Bsharat, indicated that the occupation forces arrested the two young men, Enad Hassan Mustafa. Rabaya and Saleh Yusuf Khanifis, who confronted settlers and prevented them from stealing a citizen’s cows.

Today, settlers attacked a number of citizens’ vehicles with stones on the road between Ramallah and Nablus. Wafa reported that a group of settlers They attacked the vehicles with stones and empty bottles, near the entrance to the “Shilo” settlement, causing damage to some of them.
