Al-Khalaf pointed out in the opening ceremony speech that the program is a continuation of the success story of the first and second editions, whose impact continues to enable and qualify financial leadership talents to make a difference in developing the public financial sector. By improving financial planning and managing public financial policy according to an advanced and disciplined methodology that is consistent with the visions and aspirations of the leadership and achieves the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

He stressed that the Ministry of Finance continues to invest in developing the capabilities of workers in the public financial sector by training, qualifying and providing them with knowledge, within a productive environment, and in accordance with strategic plans and programs implemented by the Financial Skills Center to achieve goals that are in the interest of public finance and the national economy as a whole, adding that every financial skill A new plan for employees of the public financial sector that will reflect on the performance of government agencies and enhance their financial management capabilities.
