Saudi Arabia and Japan discuss aspects of cooperation in the field of energy
His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy, received Japanese Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, Yuji Muto.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed aspects of cooperation between the Kingdom and Japan in, and stressed the importance of joint work in energy transitions. They also welcomed the progress achieved within the Manar Initiative.

Energy cooperation
Saudi Arabia and Japan had issued a joint statement, in July 2023, about the “initiative” between the two countries.
