US President Donald Trump was officially sworn in at the Capitol to begin his second term in the White House.
Trump returns to the White House for the second time after assuming office for the first time in 2017 following his victory over his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, to become the forty-fifth president of the United States.
Trump left office on January 20, 2021, after losing to President Joe Biden, whose term ended today.
Despite his refusal to admit defeat at the time and his accusation of fraud in the elections, Trump is now returning to become the forty-seventh president of America.
