Powerful explosions shake several areas in Tehran

Powerful explosions sounded in several areas of Tehran on Thursday, causing buildings to shake in the Iranian capital, according to what media outlets and an Agence France-Presse correspondent reported.

West and East Tehran

The targeted points were not immediately clear, but residents of the city center felt the explosions, while media reported that explosions also occurred in west and east Tehran.
