ABU DHABI, 21st JANUARY / WAM / The sixth live episode of the “The Reverse” program in its fourth season, which was held yesterday evening at Al Raha Beach Theater in Abu Dhabi, witnessed strong competitions among the participants in the program produced by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority as part of its keenness to introduce popular heritage and enhance its role in building identity. Nationalism.

The session was attended by His Excellency Faris Khalaf Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, and Dr. Sultan Al Amimi, Acting Executive Director of the Poetry and Heritage Sector at the Authority.

The program presenter, Al-Anoud Badr, opened the episode by welcoming the audience and viewers, along with the members of the judging panel: Mohammed bin Mushait Al-Marri, Shayea Al-Ayyafi, Hamoud Jalawi, and Miteb bin Cruz Al-Marri.

The episode included a special report that reviewed the most prominent events of the last episode, before announcing the results of the audience vote, which resulted in the qualification of Saeed Ali Al Marri from Qatar with a score of 68, and Abdul Hadi Al Humaidan Al Marri from Saudi Arabia with a score of 65.

On the other hand, Ali Muhammad Waza’ Al-Qahtani from Saudi Arabia, who received a score of 56, and Salim bin Kadah Al-Rashdi from the Emirates, who received a score of 46, bid farewell to the competition.

The sixth evening of the “The Reversed” program witnessed the presentation of a detailed report explaining the mechanism of competition in the third stage (quarter-finals), where eight contestants take on the challenge in one evening, during which six contestants qualify; Two are chosen by the jury, while the public vote determines the qualification of four other contestants.

The evening includes two main passages. The first begins with a solo performance for each contestant, where he selects a poem of his choice, while the committee chooses the appropriate melody. As for the second passage, it depends on bilateral confrontations between the competitors, where two verses are chosen by the committee, and the first contestant performs the first verse. A melody of his choice, and his competitor must keep up with him with the same melody, then the second contestant performs the second verse with a melody of his choice, so that the first contestant matches him with the same melody.

The jury conducted a lottery to determine the bilateral confrontations, which pitted contestant Theeb Saleh Al Marri from Saudi Arabia against Abdul Hadi Al Humaidan Al Marri from Saudi Arabia, while Rashid Al Jamian Al Marri from Saudi Arabia will compete against Sayyad Mohammed Al Yami from Saudi Arabia.

The jury announced the results of the quarter-final stage of the “The Reversed” program, where Rashid Al Jumian Al Marri from Saudi Arabia qualified for the elite list after obtaining the highest score (59) to become the first officially qualified to compete for the title, followed by Abdul Hadi Al Humaidan Al Marri from Saudi Arabia, who obtained With (57) marks to be the second finalist.

While Theeb Saleh Al-Marri from Saudi Arabia received a score of 56, which is the same score as Sultan Al-Marri from Kuwait, Sayyad Muhammad Al-Yami from Saudi Arabia, and Saeed Ali Al-Marri from Qatar, while Hamad bin Mughitha Al-Hajri from Saudi Arabia received a score of 55, while Salem Manaa received Al-Yami from Saudi Arabia 54 degrees.

The public vote via the website and application for the “Al-Mankos” program will be decisive in the qualification of four of the contestants who were not able to qualify directly, as the public will have the opportunity to support their favorite stars to ensure they continue in the competition.
