The Developer Services Center “Etmam” revealed the approval of 1,250 plans with areas exceeding 24 million square meters, and the approval of designs for more than 65,000 housing units for residential projects on the lands of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing during the year 2024.
This comes within the Center’s efforts to accelerate and facilitate licensing procedures for real estate development projects, support real estate developers, increase the housing supply, and enhance the investment environment in order to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
Etmam explained that the center provided more than 6,841 various services to real estate developers during the year 2024, which included support for obtaining plan approval services, construction licenses, and real estate developer qualification certificates, in addition to approving residential unit designs for residential projects to implement more than 100 residential projects during the year. the past.
The center pointed to its efforts in supporting real estate developers, as it contributed to qualifying more than 2,448 real estate developers and processing 181 applications for infrastructure approval. It also contributed to implementing an innovative mechanism to accelerate the solution of challenges by addressing more than 100 cases of operational challenges in the operating room, and providing support. For more than 140 applications for white lands with areas exceeding 13 million square metres.
The Developer Services Center continues its efforts by enabling the real estate development sector to provide real estate services with clear requirements through an electronic platform that enables developers to track their requests and complete their service procedures. The Center has also developed a number of electronic services to improve the customer experience.
