Mersal announces the entry of its humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip as part of the ninth convoy of the National Alliance

Marsal Foundation – a member of the National Alliance for Civil Development Action – announced the entry of a convoy of relief and humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, as part of the ninth aid convoy launched by the National Alliance for Civil Development Action, after the announcement of a ceasefire in the Strip.

Marsal explained – in a statement today – that it is participating in the ninth convoy of the coalition with 25 locomotives with a total load of 313. tons, and includes 17 food trucks, 4 clothes and shoes trucks, 3 medical supplies trucks, and a truck with rain-resistant tents, at a total cost amounting to 27 million and 680 thousand pounds.

Heba Rashed, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mersal, confirmed that from the moment In order to announce a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, a work cell was formed to begin preparing humanitarian aid for our people in Palestine to alleviate the suffering they are experiencing as a result of the Israeli war on Gaza Strip.

 She explained that there are more than 10,000 volunteers who have registered with the organization to prepare Gaza convoys, thanking the Egyptian people who have always proven that the Palestinian issue is in their hearts throughout history.

For his part, he said  Muhammad Abdullah, Head of the Foundation’s Cases and Convoys Sector, said that other humanitarian aid is being prepared and will be sent in coordination with the National Alliance during the coming period, indicating that the coordination of the entry and distribution of aid will be done in coordination with the relevant authorities.
