The resignation and appointment of a member of the Review Committee for “National Building and Marketing”

The National Company for Building and Marketing announced the resignation of Abdullah Saleh Al -Harbi from the membership of the Review Committee (a member from outside the council) and the appointment of Saleh bin Abdul Rahman Al -Mahasin as a member of the review committee (independent member from within the council).
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: Al -Mahasin has 20 years of experience in the field of commitment and governance in the Settings Authority’s systems, during his previous work with the Capital Market Authority, during which he held several positions, including the director of the license unit and the director of the Anti -Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Department.
She added that the merits are accredited by the Financial Working Group (FAF).
