Ajman University organizes the second international Biennali "Musical instruments and its players"

Ajman, January 31 / WAM / Dr. Karim Al -Sagheer, Director of Ajman University, the second Bienali International University, opened under the slogan “Musical instruments and its defendants” at Ajman University, which is organized by the Center for Fine Arts at the Student Life Office, at the Sheikh Zayed Center on the campus.

The Biennial aims to enhance cultural exchange between various arts, and highlight the creative relationship between music and plastic arts.

More than 100 artists representing 40 different nationalities from all over the world participated in the Bienali, where they presented a variety of artworks that included oil painting, sculpture, ceramics, mosaics, acrylic, and watercolors, as well as live musical performances that showed integration between live performance and business Fine.

The Biennial included a group of workshops presented by the participating artists, as students had the opportunity to directly interact with experts in the fields of various arts, and to identify modern technologies and innovative methods, which contributed to developing their skills and refining their talents.

Artists reviewed how to integrate visual creativity with musical rhythms to produce an integrated artistic works that are vibrant.

The plastic sculptor Abdullah Al -Hayki from the Kingdom of Bahrain said in a statement to the Emirates News Agency, “WAM”, that this is his first participation in Biennial through works and antiques of wood that are used from the finest Bahraini wood from local trees, which pass through its initial stages until they are formed as a full artistic custody.

He praised this artistic gathering in its second year, with the participation of creators who showcase artistic artifacts and paintings that contribute to the diverse artistic scene drawing and the transfer of artistic, cultural and musical experiences with several countries for the development of talents.

Aisha Al -Matroushi, an artist who drew from the Emirates Arts Association, said that she participates in artistic paintings that express the strength, confidence and empowerment of people, stressing that the exhibition contributes to developing its artistic expertise by reviewing the various artifacts of various cultures.

The participating artists expressed their appreciation for the university’s efforts in organizing such international cultural events that represent the meeting point for the arts and music and enhance the creative dialogue between different cultures.

The Biennial reflects the efforts of the Center for Fine Arts and the Student Life Office in promoting the role of arts in the life of university students, by providing a stimulating educational environment that encourages the development of their artistic and creative skills.
