This came during the meeting of the General Assembly held this morning at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Ras Al -Khaimah, on the occasion of its celebration of the Emirati Chemistry Day and its foundation, 15 years ago, during which the work program was approved for the year 2025.

The program includes participating in the Arab Scientific Forum “Chemistry and Nanotechnology between the present and the future” in Egypt, the meeting of the Arab Chemical Union in Riyadh, and the meetings of the Gulf Union in Manama, as well as the organization of the Sixth UAE Chemical Forum and the celebration of the Emirati national days.
The program also includes organizing the Mishkan Al -Awar Award for Chemistry, activating the polarization of chemistry students in state universities, paying attention to awareness criminal chemistry, and issuing documentation that highlights the experiences and competencies of the members, in addition to enhancing attendance and social communication.

Moza Saif Al Shamsi, Secretary General of the Arab Chemical Union and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the UAE Chemical Society, praised the support of the Ras Al Khaimah government for the association’s headquarters and its obtaining the license of the Department of Economic Development, stressing the association’s keenness to achieve its vision in upgrading chemistry in the Emirates to the world, and promoting chemical research and studies, and highlighting The efforts of chemists in the Emirates and the Arab world, and the achievement of active community partnership.

For her part, Asma Al -Shamili, represented by the Department of Economic Development, praised the government agency supervising the societies of Ras Al Khaimah with the distinguished voluntary efforts of the UAE Chemical Association and its role in documenting the relationship between chemists, institutes and scientific institutions, and also praised its efforts in promoting the role of chemistry in developing society in various fields, And raise the level of chemists scientifically and practically by organizing the necessary programs.
