“Coordination” holds its first discussion sessions on the amendments of the Social Professions Union Law

The Social Solidarity Unit of the Human Development Committee in the Coordination of Youth of Parties and Politicians held a seminar on & laquo; amending the Social Professions Syndicate Law & RAKUO; in the presence of Dr. Abdel Hamid Zaid, Captain of Socialists and a number of union members. & nbsp;

Representative Hoda Ammar, a member of the House of Representatives for coordination, started the session by welcoming the attendance, confirming the coordination interest in the file of amending the Social Professions Union Law, noting that it will adopt this file and will hold a number of sessions and workshops to prepare a comprehensive law that meets the union’s requests, to be submitted during the coming period in The House of Representatives. An opportunity that will not be compensated for monitoring and discussing the issues and problems of professional unions and laying the foundation stone for reformulating the state’s relationship with professional unions on the one hand and moving the internal reform process and treating deficiencies in the performance of trade union institutions on the other hand. From the weak financial resources as well as the intruder to the profession and the severe deficit in the pension fund, which requires the amendment of the union law, stressing that the solution to most of the union’s problems lies in the approval of the amendments of Law No. 45 of 1973, as the union’s resources are stipulated since 1972, and it has not been in line with With the needs of the current era, saying that the law that has been more than 51 years has passed, did not provide for any resources for the union, except for the annual participation, so the Social Professions Syndicate is the only union between the professional unions in Egypt, which does not obtain any resources or stamps from any Power. From research as a nature for the union, this will be a good income for the union, pointing out that the union is awaiting the determination of Dr. Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity, to hold a meeting, to discuss the amendments of the law and all the files of the union. The Association of Socialists and the Protection of the Profession from Enterprise, glorifying the resources and the inclusion of the specialized specializations such as workers in the field of people with disabilities and future innovations, and maximizing the role of the union members in the psychological field to enhance their affiliation with the union, in addition to holding a number of workshops with specialists to develop a comprehensive vision of the law before submitting it to the House of Representatives, in addition to reducing The gap between the union and the Ministry of Solidarity.
