المملكة: 36 performance indicators .. The launch of the National Training Program with comprehensive standards

The Education and Training Evaluation Authority has announced the launch of the National Training Evaluation Program.
It represents a strategic step towards developing the training sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and raising the efficiency of government and private training facilities.

National Training Evaluation Program

The program aims to improve the quality of training and ensure its compatibility with the needs of the labor market.
This is by issuing comprehensive criteria that include 6 main criteria, 20 sub -standards and 36 performance indicators, to measure efficiency and quality and enhance transparency.

The program is based on a continuous systematic process of performing performance, using advanced methods and tools that contribute to achieving professional excellence and enhance the efficiency of training.

Multiple areas for evaluation of training

The program also focuses on providing an objective and comprehensive evaluation of training facilities to support improvement and sustainable development, in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision.

The program includes multiple areas for training evaluation, most notably the design and implementation of training programs to ensure their compatibility with the needs of the labor market, and the development of the training environment in terms of equipment and facilities.
This is in addition to the training processes and its outputs to ensure that the desired training goals are achieved.

Enhancing the quality of training facilities

Through this program, the authority seeks to build a global leading national model in the field of evaluating education and training, and enhancing the quality of training facilities, according to the best international standards and practices.
This is to achieve the Kingdom’s 2030 vision targets in developing human capital and support sustainable development.
