Counselor Mohamed Hilal won the membership of the African Union Commission for International Law for a second term

The Executive Council of the African Union re -elected the advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Hilal, membership of the African Union Commission for International Law for a second term, where he obtained 43 votes during the elections held today February 13 at the African Union Commission. Issues of international law and to undertake activities related to blogging and gradual development of international law in Africa, with a special attention to the laws of the African Union.
d. Hilal, as the decision of international law and cyber space, is the leadership of the committee’s efforts in cooperation with the African Peace and Security Council, to formulate and develop the joint African position of international law applications in cybersecurity, which was adopted by the African Union Summit in February 2024.
