Mansour bin Zayed visits “IDEX 2025” and looks at the latest offered by national and international companies

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister of the President of the Presidency, visited the International Defense Exhibition “IDEX 2025”, which is held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center “ADNEC” during the period from 17 to 21 of February.

During a tour of the wings and platforms of a number of companies and national and international bodies, His Highness briefed His Highness on the latest technology and military industries sector of advanced technology, systems and mechanisms.

His Highness exchanged conversations with representatives of states and companies … Heard an explanation about their most important innovations in the field of defense and military manufacturing and their production of advanced defense technological systems.

His Highness said that the level of participants in the exhibition embodies its increasing importance as a global platform to display the latest defense industries, technology transfer and build effective strategic partnerships between countries and companies.

His Highness expressed his thanks and appreciation to the organizers and partners and all the efforts that were made in order to continue the success and development of the exhibition in all its sessions.
It is reported that since the start of the first session of “IDEX” in 1993, the exhibition continues to achieve a qualitative development in international size and participation.

The 2025 session of the “IDEX and Wafifs” exhibitions will witness an increase in the number of exhibiting companies, to reach 1565 companies from 65 countries, with a growth of 16% compared to the past session .. While the total area of ​​the exhibition increased 10% compared to the previous session to reach 181 thousand and 501 square meters .
The current session also witnesses the participation of more than 731 new companies, an increase of 82% compared to the past session .. and the participation of 41 national pavilions .. while the number of participating national companies reached 213 companies by 16% of the total exhibiting companies, while the percentage of international companies is 84%. .
