The Egyptian and Cypriot presidents see projects "Dragon Oil" in "Ice 2025"

Cairo, February 17 / WAM / His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and His Excellency President Nikos Christodolides, President of the Republic of Cyprus, visited the wing of “Dragon Oil”, which is fully owned by the Dubai government, during the activities of the first day of the Egypt Energy Exhibition and Conference 2025.
Their His Excellency was received by Ahmed Butti Al -Muhairbi, Secretary -General of the Supreme Energy Council in Dubai, accompanied by His Excellency Ali Rashid Al -Jarwan, CEO of “Dragon Oil”, where Al -Jarwan reviewed before the two presidents the most prominent achievements of the company and its future projects in Egypt, especially in the Gulf of Suez, along with Its efforts in applying the latest technologies and artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency.
His Excellency Ahmed Butti Al -Muhairbi expressed his thanks to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi and His Excellency President Nikos Christodolids for their visit to the “Dragon Oil” wing, pointing to the durability of economic relations between the United Arab Emirates, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Republic of Cyprus, which enhances strategic cooperation in the energy sector.
Ali Al -Jarwan stressed that “Dragon Oil” seeks to take advantage of modern technologies in raising the efficiency of production in advanced fields, with a focus on developing sustainability and digital transformation strategies as two basic pillars in its operations.
He said that the participation of “Dragon Oil” in “Ice 2025” reflects its commitment to support sustainable growth in the oil and gas sector, and to explore new opportunities, while enhancing strategic cooperation with regional and international partners.
The participation of “Dragon Oil” in “Icebs 2025” was an opportunity to display its latest projects in artificial intelligence applications, as well as discuss the prospects for cooperation with the various partners, in order to enhance the efforts of digital transformation in the energy sector, and contribute to achieving a balance between meeting the increasing demand for energy and maintaining the environment.
