المملكة: “National Water” .. 9 projects at a cost of 300 million riyals to enhance services in Tabuk

The National Water Company, represented by the northwestern sector, announced the start of the implementation of 9 water and environmental projects in the Tabuk region, at a cost of approximately 300 million riyals, with the aim of increasing the percentage of coverage with services, raising operational efficiency and enhancing the level of customer service.

The most important implemented projects

These projects include the implementation of 3 water projects to deliver drinking water to the beneficiaries in separate neighborhoods in the city of Tabuk, including the neighborhoods of Rice, Al -Nazim and South Tabuk, by establishing and completing water networks, major lines and water sites with a length of more than 60 km, at a cost of more than 62.2 million riyals.

The company also began implementing two environmental projects in Tabuk at a cost of up to 65 million riyals. The first project includes the expansion of the main lifting station by installing 4 pumps with a capacity of up to 90,000 cubic meters per day instead of the previous capacity of 60,000 cubic meters per day. The other project includes the completion of the implementation of major lines And sewage networks with a length of 46.7 km to raise the coverage rate of sewage services in Al -Shifa neighborhood Yarmouk.

The company announced the implementation of two additional water projects, the first in the field of Haql, including the implementation of a total transmission line of 21.9 km and the construction of a operating tank with a capacity of 5,000 cubic meters and a pumping station with the same capacity at a cost exceeding 51.4 million riyals.
As for the second project in the Al -Qaliba Center, it includes the construction of a 1,000 cubic meters of drinking water purification plant per day, at a cost of more than 39.4 million riyals.

Environmental projects

Environmental projects in the governorates of Tabuk also included the implementation of two projects to remove environmental damage at a cost of more than 78.1 million riyals in the first in Tayma Governorate, which includes the implementation of major and sub -sewage lines with different diameters in the Al -Rahmaniyah neighborhood and Al -Shifa neighborhood with lengths of 43.3 km.
As for the second project in Haql Governorate, it includes the completion of the implementation of sewage networks and major lines with lengths exceeding 32.5 km to serve the neighborhoods of Al -Rayyan, Al -Sabka, Yarmouk and West Al -Dhahra neighborhoods, in addition to constructing a lifting station with a capacity of 9,600 cubic meters per day.

These projects come within the plans of the National Water Company to enhance infrastructure, increase the coverage of water and environmental services, and raise the level of reliability and operational efficiency in the Tabuk region and its provinces.
