An earthquake of 4.8 magnitude hit the city of Sherine Palace, western Iran

An earthquake measuring 4.8 on the Richter scale struck today, Tuesday, the city of Sherine Palace in Kermanshah Governorate, western Iran.
The Earthquake Center of the Geophysics Foundation at the University of Tehran said that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 14 km, 19 km from Sherine Palace, 44 km from Sarbal, and 45 kilometers from its bezel. No news has yet been reported about human or material losses as a result of the earthquake.
