المملكة: Supporting Islamic affairs … the start of the National Quran Competition in Guinea

Yesterday, a competition for memorizing and reciting the Holy Quran began in the Republic of Guinea yesterday, with the support of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, in cooperation with the Ministry of Religious Affairs in the Republic of Guinea.
This is in the presence of His Excellency the President of the Transitional National Council, Dr. Dansa Coroma and a number of government officials, and with the participation of contestants from various regions of Guinea.

Interest in the Book of God

The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of Guinea, Dr. Fahhad bin Eid Al -Rashidi, praised the blessed efforts made by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him – in care and attention to the Book of God Almighty, and motivating the children of Muslims in various countries of the world to compete in memorizing, reciting and interpreting the Holy Qur’an.

For his part, His Excellency the President of the Transitional National Council in the Republic of Guinea expressed his thanks to the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its continuous support for such competitions in the Republic of Guinea.
The number of candidates for the competition is 250 candidates and candidates, distributed over the various branches of the competition, which is the first branch: memorizing the entire Holy Quran with good performance and intonation, and the second branch: young preservation / memorizing the entire Holy Quran with good performance and intonation, and the third branch: memorizing twenty parts.
And the fourth branch: memorizing ten parts, the fifth branch: memorizing five parts, and the sixth branch: it is explained by the entire Holy Qur’an in local languages ​​with knowledge of the legal rulings related to the verses, and the seventh branch: people with special needs: memorizing five parts or more, and the eighth branch: drawing the Holy Qur’an for two consecutive years (provided that during the other two years 2023-2025 AD).
