Dubai Municipality launched the “Drive Tharou” service in the management of the Dubai Central Laboratory, the first of its kind in the region within the laboratory services and material examination sector, and the calibration of devices and equipment. The service aims to facilitate the delivery of samples, equipment and electromechanical devices for examination and calibration without the need to leave the vehicle, and reduce the waiting time by 90% from 10 minutes to only one minute, which enhances the efficiency and quality of laboratory services, and speeds up the implementation of examination and calibration.

The new service comes within the framework of Dubai Municipality’s continuous efforts to employ innovation in a way that serves improving the experience and trip of customers to apply for government services, according to the highest quality and efficiency standards that shorten time and effort and achieve the needs of customers, and enhance their satisfaction levels of services.

Drive Tharw allows providing a smooth and comfortable experience to a multiple segment of dealers from governmental, semi -governmental and private sectors, business owners from various commercial, economic, tourism, industrial sectors, in addition to workers in environmental sectors, health and safety, security sectors, aviation, the space sector and others, and all groups of customers who are members of society, including elderly and people of determination.
