المملكة: The Kingdom offers the official registration file for the Expo International Fair 2030

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia handed over the official registration file to host the Expo International Fair 2030 in Riyadh to the International Office of Exhibitions (BIE), in a move confirming the Kingdom’s commitment and readiness to organize this global event.
The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of France, Fahd bin Mayouf Al -Ruwaili, has handed over the file of the Secretary -General of the International Office of Dimitri Kirkinzz, in confirmation of the Kingdom’s commitment and close coordination with the international organization.

Saudi Arabia hosts Expo 2030

The delivery of the official file is one of the most important and deep stages in the Kingdom’s preparedness to host Expo 2030, as it represents the basic starting point for implementing practical plans and actual start in preparatory preparations for the global event.

It also reflects the Kingdom’s seriousness in fulfilling its international obligations, and affirming its high organizational ability and great capabilities to host huge global events.
This procedure comes after the Kingdom won the hosting of the Expo 2030 during the 173rd General Assembly of the International Exhibition Office in November 2023, while the file submitted contains an integrated plan that includes all organizational, procedural and operational aspects.
Including the schedule of employment, legislative, organizational and financial procedures, in addition to the main plan of the exhibition site, the conditions for international participation, and the investment plans of the exhibition inheritance.

Expo 2030 in Riyadh

The registration file will be subject to the review of the International Office of Exhibitions and Member States; In preparation for his official approval from the General Assembly; This allows the Kingdom to start practical preparations and send official invitations to international participation through diplomatic channels.
The Secretary -General of the International Exhibition Office, Dimitri Kirkinstez, praised the quality of the submitted file, noting that it provides an integrated and clear vision of the Expo 2030 in Riyadh.
