Abdullah bin Zayed meets the French Minister of Culture and witnesses the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the two countries

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met today in Paris, Rachida Dati, Minister of Culture in the French Republic.
During the meeting, which was held as part of a working visit by His Highness to Paris, ways of enhancing cooperation and cultural exchange between the UAE and France were discussed, within the framework of the strategic relations that bring together the two friendly countries, and a number of joint projects and initiatives related to cultural and creative industries were discussed.
During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan praised the continuous development in the path of cultural cooperation between the UAE and the French Republic.
His Highness witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the national orchestra of the UAE and the “Paris Feldarmon Orchestra”.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Noura bint Mohammed Al -Kaabi, Minister of State, Chairman of the National Orchestra of the UAE, and from the French side, Rachida Dati, Minister of Culture and Olivier Manti, the Director General of the Paris of the Paris of the Harramouni.
The meeting was attended by Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State for International Cooperation Affairs, Noura bint Muhammad Al Kaabi, Minister of State, Saeed Mubarak Al -Hajri, Assistant Foreign Minister for Economic and Commercial Affairs, Fahd Saeed Al -Raqbani, the country’s ambassador to the Republic of France, and Omar Saif Ghobash, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the non -resident state ambassador to the Vatican.
