“Dubai Electricity” supports “Father’s Stopping” with 20 million dirhams

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority announced its contribution of 20 million dirhams in support of the “Stopping Father” campaign launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, in conjunction with the blessed month of Ramadan, to establish a sustainable endowment fund, which is devoted to providing treatment and health care for the poor, needy and unable.
The Managing Director, CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Saeed Mohammed Al -Tayer, stressed the authority’s keenness to contribute to Ramadan campaigns and humanitarian initiatives launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God bless him, every year, in conjunction with the blessed month of Ramadan, to give a helping hand to the less fortunate groups around the world.
He said: «The campaign to stop the father is translated by the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God preserve him, a sustainable charitable and human work that extends to all the less fortunate societies in the world … We are proud of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority to be part of this noble humanitarian work to provide treatment and health care for the needy, in a way that contributes to achieving a decent life for them, and enhances the site of the Emirates as an inspiring model in establishing values of parents And compassion, affection and solidarity among members of society.
Saeed Mohammed Al -Tayer added that «the authority’s participation in the (Stopping Father) campaign stems from our social responsibility, our commitment to the help of the poor and the needy, as our true religion has commanded us, and to support all efforts that establish a culture of giving in the UAE society.”
