The National Council for Childhood and Motherhood announced that the Child Protection Office was informed of the Office of the Counselor, the Public Prosecutor, in the incident of finding a two -year -old girl who left her mother on the street alone in the Fifth Settlement area, Cairo Governorate. The General Administration of the Najda of the Child received a report from the woman who found the child, directed to take the necessary measures to ensure the safety and protection of the child from exposure to danger and harm, and the speed of completion of legal procedures in coordination with the competent authorities in a way that takes into account the best interest of the child. Her investigations into the incident in the presence of a specialist from the child’s help to prepare a report and study a detailed case on the family, and after completing the preparation of the report, he recommended that the girl should deposit one of the appropriate care houses, and a decision was issued by the Public Prosecution to deposit the girl in a care house after the signing of the medical examination to check on her health condition. It relates to a violation of the rights of the child through the mechanisms of the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood through the General Administration of the Child’s Genetics on the Hotline number (16000) or through the application of WhatsApp to the number 01102121600.
