"Abu Dhabi District" Its efforts are intensified to enhance the efficiency of experience, mediation solutions and success in disputes

Abu Dhabi, March 17/ WAM/ His Excellency Counselor Youssef Saeed Al -Abri, Undersecretary of the Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi, chaired the periodic meeting of the Committee for Experts, Mowelines and Mediators, in the context of following up efforts to enhance the efficiency of specialized technical experience, mediation and success solutions in disputes, and to achieve the highest quality and accuracy standards in performing the tasks assigned to experts and brokers, in order to support the development process in the judicial system of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Counselor Youssef Al -Abri affirmed that the Department of Elimination of the continuous evaluation of the extent of commitment to apply the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and transparency in the work of experts and brokers.

During the meeting, the committee discussed the items listed on its agenda, as it reviewed a number of requests related to the registration in the brokers record and the requests of experts, in addition to discussing the complaints submitted and taking the necessary decisions regarding them.

In this context, the committee reviewed 21 requests to registration in the brokers record, and decided to move forward in the registration procedures to enable them to perform the tasks of the friendly settlement of civil and commercial disputes, provided that all the requirements are completed, including passing the training program approved at the Abu Dhabi Judicial Academy.

It also agreed to the registration of three experts in various specializations in the schedule of experts working, after fulfilling the conditions and controls approved to perform specialized technical expertise before the Abu Dhabi courts.

With regard to requests for renewal of experts, the committee reviewed the renewal requests submitted by 4 experts, and the appropriate decisions were taken in this regard, in a manner that ensures the continuation of their efficiency and the provision of their services in accordance with the required professional standards.

In a related context, the committee discussed one complaint received to it, if it was studied accurately and followed the procedures to address them according to the applicable regulations and regulations.
