She called the need to raise the call to prayer from a high place, so she prompted Muslims to move by placing the call to prayer from the surface of the mosque to the roof of the top of the neighboring houses, then to the surface of the Prophet’s Mosque later, while building something that increases its height, then to take the minarets at its various heights.
Expands of the Prophet’s Mosque
The expansion of the Prophet’s Mosque continued, and King Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God have mercy on him – conducted first improvements between 1370 – 1375 AH, during which he remained on the minarets of the southern side of the Prophet’s Mosque, and the other three were removed, and two new minarets were built in the two corners of the northern side, one of them is 70 meters high.
It consists of 4 floors, the first is a square shape that lasts above the surface of the mosque and ends with corsets carrying a square balcony, and the second is an octagonal shape decorated with contracts and ends in the form of triangles, and above it is punctured by a balcony, and the third is rounded with colorful jewelry and ends with falcons carrying a circular balcony, and the fourth is also round with columns carrying contracts that end with triangles at the top And above it is a balcony.

In the years from 1406 AH to 1414 AH, 6 other minarets were added at an altitude of 104 meters to 10 minarets, and were designed to be consistent with the first Saudi expansion minarets.
4 of them are lined up on the northern and fifth side of the southeastern corner of the expansion and sixth building in the southwestern corner of it as well.
Pillars of white alabaster
Each minaret consists of 5 floors, the first is a square shape, and the second is an octagon in shape with a diameter of 5.50 meters, covered with colored artificial stone, and on each side of 3 columns of white alabaster, contracts over it ends in the form of triangles, and between the columns wooden windows ending with pods carrying an octagonal balcony.

The third is a 5 -meter -diameter in diameter and a height of 18 meters, a dark gray color, and a prominent wavy jewelry formed 12 belts that ends with pods carrying a round balcony.
The fourth is a circular shape with a diameter of 4.50 meters, and its height is 15 meters with 8 brackets based on white marble columns, topped by pistons carrying a circular balcony.
And the fifth starts a cylindrical ribbed form, and ends with a scoff crown carrying the upper conical part, followed by a dome with a bronze crescent with a height of 6.70 meters, and its weight is 4.5 tons plated with 14 -carat gold.
