"World Council for tolerance" He praises the human heritage of Sheikh Zayed
Malta, March 19 / WAM / The World Council for Tolerance and Peace praised the immortal human heritage of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God bless him, who embodied the values of tolerance, peace and giving in its best forms, and established a pioneering model in supporting development, justice and spreading goodness in various parts of the world.
The Council, which is based in Malta, and represents more than 100 countries around the world, stressed that Sheikh Zayed was a global leader of peace and good, as his achievements were not only limited to the UAE, but also extended to dozens of countries and peoples, through humanitarian and development initiatives that had a great impact in improving the lives of millions.
His Excellency Ahmed bin Muhammad Al Jarwan, President of the World Council for Tolerance and Peace, on the occasion of Zayed Day for Humanitarian Action, appreciated the role of Sheikh Zayed in enhancing the values of tolerance and dialogue between religions and cultures, noting that “Zayed Day for Humanitarian Action” is a global occasion to renew the commitment to the values that Sheikh Zayed believed and worked for.
The World Council for Tolerance and Peace called for inspiring the values of Sheikh Zayed in promoting the culture of coexistence and solidarity, and consolidating the concepts of tolerance and justice in facing the challenges the world is witnessing today.
