The Ministry of Foreign Affairs activates the service of receiving and delivering certificates through post offices throughout the Republic

In the context of the efforts of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Affairs of Egyptians ongoing to develop consular services and facilitate citizens, the Ministry signed a cooperation protocol with the National Post Authority, to provide certification services for the first time through post offices spread throughout the Republic, which exceeds 4,000 offices, including remote and most needy areas. The protocol for citizens to provide the documents to be certified through the nearest post office, where the office shall collect the certification and postal service fees, then send the documents to the competent certificates offices to take the necessary measures and return them to citizens in their places, which contributes to reducing the burden on them and saving time and effort. The consulate and the expansion of the opening offices of certification in various governorates, as well as adopting new mechanisms to simplify procedures and provide soft services that keep pace with citizens ’needs, based on the state’s keenness to improve the quality of consular services and enhance comfort for citizens at home and abroad.
