Dubai, March 25 / WAM / The Hospitality Department at the Dubai World Trade Center provided services for about one million guests among 2,400 activities in 2024, reinforcing its position as one of the most prominent luxury hospitality service providers in the region.
A press release issued today, that the hospitality of the center -winning center has become the preferred option for special events organizers, companies ’activities, and government activities.
The hospitality department has a great experience in providing global hospitality services on a large scale, both within the locations and managed by the Dubai World Trade Center, including the Dubai Exhibition Center, the Javza One conference center, or in external sites throughout the UAE.
Maher Julphar, Executive Vice President at the Dubai World Trade Center, said that the hospitality department achieved exceptional success in 2024, confirming its pivotal role in the prosperous actors sector in Dubai.
In 2024, the hospitality department provided hospitality services, preparation and food, to a wide range of most prominent exhibitions and events, including the Glevoud Exhibition, the World Health Exhibition Dubai, the Arab Travel Market Exhibition, and the GITEX Global exhibition, with the expansion of its international presence to include international events such as “GITEX Africa”.
In addition to the major events, hospitality provided its services to more than 400 thousand guests in the activities of companies and special events that were held at the sites of the Dubai World Trade Center, and also achieved success in the wedding services services and provided its services to more than 150 concerts and 63 thousand guests.
The hospitality department recorded an increase in food provision services and meetings and provided its services for nearly 95 thousand participants, an increase of 12% compared to 2023.
The Javza One Conference Center, which is managed by the Dubai World Trade Center, witnessed exceptional growth, as the administration provided its services to more than 25 thousand participants, that is, more than twice the numbers it achieved in 2023, an increase of 116%, while the Dubai Exhibition Center contributed to a pivotal role in its growth achieved; It provided its services to more than 73,000 participants in 2024.

The administration provided its services to more than 145,000 guests among 1105 foreign events in 2024, recording a strong growth of 37% on an annual basis; The most prominent of these events included the Dubai International Boat Fair, the Grand Etihad Award for “Formula 1” in Abu Dhabi, the Dubai World Cup, and the Business Airlines and Special Aviation Federation Federation in the Middle East and North Africa “MBA”.
