The Thai authorities announced the state of emergency in Bangkok, after the city struck a strong earthquake in the neighboring Myanmar, according to Prime Minister Bethongarn Chenatuatra, today, Friday.
The damages were recorded in Bangkok, while the skyscraper collapsed under construction, which was suspended under its rubble, 43 workers, according to the local police and paramedics.
In turn, the Aviation Regulatory Authority in Thailand announced a temporary suspension of flights throughout the country due to the earthquake.
