The Emirati Parliamentary Division chairs the meeting of representatives of the Gulf Legislative Council

Representatives of the Shura, Representatives, National and Nation Councils in the Gulf Cooperation Council states, headed by His Excellency Dr. Ali Rashid Al -Nuaimi, President of the Parliamentary Division of the Federal National Council in the International Parliamentary Union, held a meeting with the delegation of the Latin American Group and the Caribbean “Groc” headed by His Excellency Mr. Menzoor Nader Parliament, President of the group, President.

During the meeting, ways of enhancing aspects of joint cooperation between the GCC countries were discussed for the Arab States of the Gulf, the Groccalak Group countries, which are considered one of the largest geopolitical groups in the Federation, and ways to develop parliamentary relations, through exchanging experiences and enhancing coordination in international parliamentary forums.

The importance of continuing to hold meetings and enhancing coordination between the two sides has been emphasized regarding various issues of common concern, and to mention the necessity of concluding a cooperation agreement between the two groups in order to achieve the interests of the countries and peoples of both sides..

The meeting dealt with the issues raised on the agenda of the International Parliamentary Union meetings currently held in Tashkent.
