Abu Dhabi Police is participating in a conference "World governments are incubating tolerance"
Abu Dhabi, April 9/ WAM/ Abu Dhabi Police participates in the activities of the third session of the “World Governments Incubting tolerance” conference under the slogan “a balanced approach towards prosperity” organized by the Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center, with the participation of a group of officials, decision makers and experts from all over the world.
The opening of the summit was attended by Abu Dhabi Police, Brigadier Muslim Muhammad Al -Amri, Deputy Director of the Criminal Security Sector, and a number of members of the tolerance committee in the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police.
Brigadier Dr. Hamoud Saeed Hamoud Al -Afari, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Police Committee, affirmed the attention and support of the police leadership to spread the value of tolerance and peaceful coexistence in a positive way, explore and deepen the awareness of the members of the Abu Dhabi Police to the concept of tolerance, and to provide them with practical methods and skills related to these values.
He pointed out that the committee, in coordination with the Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence, is working to implement many of the targeted initiatives that contribute to promoting and spreading the values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence in the environment of police work and society in general.
For his part, Lt. Col. Hazza Mohamed Rafi, head of the media documentation department in the Security Media Department and a member of the Abu Dhabi Police tolerance Committee, said that the committee is concerned with participating in the targeted initiatives that achieve the goals of the UAE government in promoting the culture of tolerance as a basic pillar in building stable and sustainable societies.
He explained that tolerance is a humanitarian duty for everyone, as it is one of the noblest qualities that characterize a person, noting that the UAE has presented a distinguished model for tolerance, as everyone coexists under its flag with equal rights and one justice, and it remains always in the way of urging the principles of coexistence and peace.
