Signing cooperation agreements to launch a group of companies affiliated with the National Service Projects Authority for the Armed Forces

Major General Magdy Anwar, Director General of the National Service Projects Authority for the Armed Forces, and Naha Khalil, Executive Director of Egypt Sovereign Investment and Development Fund, and for local and international specialized consulting offices: With regard to financial advisers, Mohamed Hafez Jabr, a representative of the IFG Hermes company for the promotion and coverage of the subscription (EFG Hermes), and Amr Hilal, represented by CI CIPITAL Capital. It is adopted by the government. Within the framework of the framework agreement signed between the National Service Projects Authority and the Egypt Sovereign Fund for Investment and Development, according to which the Egypt Sovereign Investment and Development Fund takes over the restructuring and management of the offering of companies owned by the armed forces. In the presence of Dr. Hossam Othman, Deputy Minister of Higher Education for Innovation and Scientific Research Affairs, Dr. Abdel Wahab Ezzat, Secretary of the Council of Private Universities, Ambassador Wael Hamed, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration for European Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Al -Jayoushi, Secretary of the Supreme Council for Technology Education, and from the German side, Ambassador Juergen Schults, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Egypt, and Haika Ghimsman, Minister of State in the Ministry Science, culture and tourism in the German free state of Saxony, in order to discuss ways to support cooperation participating in a number of files, within the framework of the growing relations between Egypt and Germany.
