المملكة: The Prince of Riyadh launches government health projects in the region with 7 billion riyals

Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Riyadh region, today, Sunday, inaugurated 28 governmental, private and non -profit health projects in the Riyadh region, with a total value of more than 7 billion riyals, and a clinical card exceeding 3 thousand beds.
Prince Faisal said: “We live in light of a clear vision that has been carefully planned and must be accompanied by the same level and the role is integrated between all governmental and private sectors and the non -profit sector to serve man in the Kingdom as it is the focus of development and interest in the wise leadership.”

Better health care

Meanwhile, Fahd Al -Jaljel, the Minister of Health, stressed that these projects come within the framework of supporting health infrastructure, and the improvement of the quality of services provided to the beneficiaries, in order to embody the interest of the wise leadership – may God support it – by providing the best levels of health care for the beneficiaries in all regions of the Kingdom, appreciating the care and presence of His Highness the Prince of Riyadh.
He added: “The integration of the public and private sectors, and the third sector represents an essential pillar of the transformation trip and the construction of an integrated and sustainable health system capable of facing health challenges, and contributes to empowering innovation and adopting smart solutions and digital systems, and attracting distinguished investments in the fields of medical technology, health research and capacity building, in order to reach a healthy and vital community, in light of the Kingdom’s vision 2030.
The projects that were launched include projects in the three health gatherings of more than 1.8 billion riyals, as the first health gathering includes 9 projects, most notably the Women’s and Childbirth and Children Hospital (the second medical tower) in King Saud Medical City with a capacity of 500 beds, and the medical tower at King Salman Hospital with a capacity of 200 beds, along with the medical tower at Al -Iman Hospital with a capacity of 200 beds, and the kidneys building with a capacity of 30 beds.

Developing four centers

It also included a project to develop four primary health care centers in the neighborhoods (Al -Hazm, Badr, Okaz, Al -Fawaz), the Primary Care Center in Al -Rabwah neighborhood, which includes 9 clinics, 30 focused care beds in the Double Care Hospital, the urgent care project at Hotat Bani Tamim Hospital, which includes 5 bed Chloe.
The Prince of Riyadh also launched in the second health gathering a project to expand the Tamir Hospital (Ibrahim Al Sultan Charitable Foundation) with a capacity of 30 beds, and a health center in Rawda Sudair (Al -Babtain Charitable Foundation).
While the third health gathering projects reached 9 new projects, the most prominent of which is the 300 -bed Diriyah General Hospital, and the Abdel Moneim Al -Rashid Center for Health Care, as well as two specialized dental and rehabilitation centers in the name of Abdel -Moneim Al -Rashed, the development of the emergency department at Shaqra Hospital, the establishment of a health center in Umm Al -Manisha, the development of outpatient clinics at Shaqra Hospital, the creation of the Endoscopy Department at Dawadmi Hospital, the development of the emergency department of the hospital Reduce.
Prince Faisal opened 8 new health projects for the private sector with a value of more than 5 billion riyals, including the Mudda Medical Care Company, which includes 343 beds, the Riyadh Medical Hospital with a capacity of 30 beds, in addition to the 20 -bed Artea Hospital, and Benan Medical Hospital with a capacity of 10 beds.
