"IPS 2025" It discusses opportunities in emerging markets

Dubai, March 14 / WAM / The activities of the first day of the International Real Estate Investment Exhibition “IPS 2025” discussed in Dubai the most prominent future trends in the real estate sector, including integrating sustainability and modern technologies, expanding opportunities in emerging markets, and adopting innovative investment solutions such as partial investment platforms.
A group of leaders and experts from around the world participated in the activities.
Majid Al -Marri, Executive Director of the Real Estate Registration Sector in the Land and Property Department in Dubai and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the exhibition, confirmed a speech during the opening of the sessions, Dubai’s commitment to achieving the goals of the real estate sector strategy 2033, reviewing the strong performance of the sector in 2024 with the registration of transactions exceeding 761 billion dirhams, an increase of 36% over the previous year.
He pointed to the launch of more than 30 initiatives to achieve these goals, including the smart rental index, the “Reese” and real estate coding initiative.
In turn, Dawood Al -Shizawi, head of the IPS exhibition, stressed that the exhibition represents a strategic platform that contributes to creating an integrated investment environment that enhances transparency and keeps pace with global real estate transformations, explaining that this year the exhibition brings together more than 300 senior local and international developers.
The exhibition witnessed sessions that dealt with the role of sustainability and governance in attracting real estate investments, with the participation of international experts, in addition to presentations of innovative platforms, most notably “Deed”, which allows partial real estate investment starting from 500 dirhams, which opens new horizons for individual investors and real estate brokers in the Dubai dynamic market.
