المملكة: To prepare 289 students .. “talent” concludes the spring, astronomy and space metals

The King Abdulaziz Foundation and its men for talent and creativity, “Talent”, concluded, on Thursday, the 2025 training spring forum, and the Astronomy and Basic Space Forum, which I organized in Riyadh in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Education, with the participation of 289 male and female students from 22 educational departments, in the presence of the Secretary -General in charge of the “Talent” Foundation, Khaled Al -Sharif, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education to develop the capabilities of students Saad Al -Harbi.
Students participating in the two conglomerates on 13 training groups, each of which received 52 training hours, at an average of 8 hours a day over 8 days. The number of trainees in mathematics specialization reached 42 male and female students, in information 50, in chemistry 34, in physics 24, in neighborhoods 39, and in science 39, and in space and astronomy 61, including 202 students and 87 students, representing various stages of public education.

Spring Forum

The two consequences, which were supervised by 18 supervisors and supervisors, aimed to complete scientific topics in accordance with the training plans for each specialization, identify new strategies to solve issues according to the pattern of international competition questions, mastering dealing with complex scientific issues, raising the level of performance in rehabilitation tests, and running for subsequent training stages.

The closing ceremony witnessed the honoring of the first students at the Spring Forum 2025, where 7 students won the gold medals, 15 on the silver and 27 on the bronze, and the partners supporting the “talent” program were honored for international Olympics.

International scientific competitions

The meeting of the converers comes within the framework of the Kingdom’s preparations to participate in international scientific competitions, within the training plans implemented by “talent” to develop students’ skills and qualify them scientifically to represent the country in international forums, through advanced training programs interspersed with diagnostic tests and nomination tests for the next stage, prepared by a group of experts in the targeted scientific disciplines.
The Training Spring Forum is the second stage of the student’s journey within the “Talent Program for International Olympics”, and the participants qualified from the last winter forum, during which they continue intense training in deeper and more specialized scientific fields, and the forum represents the first station for students candidates from basic training, and they are the students who won the middle stage in the Baybras competition for the information that was held at the end of the year 2024.

Astronomy and Space Forum

The Astronomy and Basic Space Forum was held after a talented astronomy and space competition, and the first forum to bring together the candidates, and the participants received extensive exercises on the basics necessary to understand the International Olympiad Astronomy and Astronomical Physics approach.
It is noteworthy that the Saudi national teams participating in the Olympies and international scientific competitions achieved 119 international awards during the year 2024, in 25 international Olympics and ISF international competitions, bringing the total of the Kingdom’s participation to 854 international awards; What embodies the efficiency of national talents, and the great efforts made by “talent” in preparing, training and qualifying them to compete globally.
