"Cubs Kalba" Volleyball won the General League title
Kalba, April 18 / WAM / The Cubs Kalba Cubs B -Volleyball won the General League Championship for the 2024-2025 season after its deserved victory over the Al -Wasl team in the final with three runs without a response.
This achievement came after a series of victories over 15 teams without defeat, under the leadership of coach Awad Imam, and General Technical Director Captain Ahmed Nada Hilal.
The final match was attended by Dr. Bassem Hassan Al -Naqbi, Vice President of the Emirates Volleyball Federation, and Rashid Saeed Al -Kindi, Chairman of the Club Board of Directors.
Al -Kindi expressed his happiness for this due achievement, thanking Sheikh Saeed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, deputy head of the office of His Highness Al -Hakim in Khorfakkan, the club president, and Sheikh Haitham bin Saqr Al Qasimi, deputy head of the office of His Highness Al -Hakim in the city of Kalba, the club’s vice -president, for their continuous support and accurate follow -up to the work of the Board of Directors.
Al -Kindi also appreciated the role of Sharjah Sports Council headed by His Excellency Issa Hilal Al -Hazami and his pivotal role in empowering clubs and enhancing sports activity in the emirate.
Dr. Bassem Hassan Al -Naqbi praised the team and the great efforts made by the technical and administrative bodies, and praised their vital role in developing the skills of players.
