Between the roar of the engines and the lights of the global circuits, an inspiring national scene that is made by Saudi youth and girls during the Saudi Formula Grand Prix championship, and distributed between voluntary roles and seasonal functions, carrying their passion, responsibility, and their pride in serving the Kingdom in a global forum that attracts the world’s attention.
Young and girls drew success stories in their voluntary work under the sky of Jeddah, and at the site of the largest international event in the world of car racing, these young people take confidence between visitors, platforms and organizational areas, some of them on the seats of study, and others invested in this seasonal opportunity to be a source of income, and a first step towards acquiring professional experience and expanding their horizons.

They reflected their volunteer role, high societal awareness, and a burning spirit of the initiative, and many of them chose to work in organization, guidance, logistical support, media coordination and guest service, as part of an exceptional experience that combines learning, challenge and self -development.

A number of volunteers and seasonal employees confirmed that their participation in the Grand Saudi Award was not just a temporary experience, but rather a real opportunity to develop their personal and professional skills, enhance self -confidence and deal with multinational professional work environments, amid an atmosphere that requires discipline, accuracy and effective communication.
