Matar Al-Tayer said: “The strategy also aims to increase the level of happiness of customers by up to 35%, and to improve the commitment of the partners by between 30%to 50%, noting that the Roads and Transport Authority is one of the leading bodies in employing huge data and artificial intelligence, where it was established in 2017, the huge data platform, and launched the joint road map of huge data and artificial intelligence for the period from 2021-2025, and launched a year 2022 AI platform to support the development of its applications effectively and better. “
