“Health” receives 58.4 million visits from women on the initiative to support women’s health
The Ministry of Health and Population announced the reception of 58 million and 466 thousand and 262 visits from women, to receive examination and awareness services, within the initiative of the President’s Sustainable Republic to support the health of Egyptian women, since its launch in July 2019 until the end of March 2025.

Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the Ministry’s official spokesman, explained that the total number of visits is divided into 22 One million, 575 thousand and 78 visits for the first time, 23 million and 316 thousand, 79 periodic visits, 12 million, 575 thousand and 104 exhibitors. The initiative follows the latest global protocols for breast cancer treatment, through 14 centers affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Population, in addition to activating these protocols in 14 centers affiliated with the Supreme Council for University Hospitals and for the Majmaah, pointing out that these centers are being prepared for applied research with the aim of reaching advanced research centers in the treatment of tumors, within the vision of political leadership to take care of public health for citizens. & laquo; Abdul Ghaffar & Raquo; Until the initiative targets women starting from the age of 18, and includes the detection of noncommunicable diseases (diabetes, blood pressure, weight and length and determination of the body mass index, the level of obesity or weight gain), as well as awareness of the risk factors that cause noncommunicable diseases, in addition to raising reproductive health and family planning.
