المملكة: Launching the service of transporting the palm trees electronically

The National Center for the Prevention of Plant Pest and Animal Diseases launched and controlled a new electronic service aimed at facilitating and organizing the process of transporting the palm trees and tendencies inside the Kingdom.
The center pointed out that this service, which has become available through the application of “agricultural services”, was specially designed to ensure the transportation of seedlings in safe and reliable ways, in a manner that maintains their safety and preserves their high quality.
“Taaq” pointed out that the innovative service enables the beneficiaries, farmers and others, to complete all steps of the transfer process in an integrated electronic way through the application.

Facilitated procedures

He added that as soon as the required procedures are fulfilled through the digital platform, users will be able to receive the necessary international transport certificate directly from the center.
“Taa” stressed that the development of this service comes as a fruit of joint cooperation with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture and the National Agriculture Company.
The center stated that the application of “agricultural services”, which hosts the new service, is a leading electronic platform in the agricultural sector in the Kingdom.
He indicated that the application works to link beneficiaries with various agricultural services providers to an intelligent and innovative style, providing a package of comprehensive solutions that are not limited to plant services, but also include services related to livestock, in addition to technical support services and providing specialized agricultural consulting to the beneficiaries.
